Chain Bihari Ashray Foundation (CBAF) is a manifestation of an idea that people and animals, who have been neglected by the society, must receive the care and attention they deserve which is why this foundation works with children and senior citizens as well as cows and another animal in very poor condition.
This foundation was established in Gokul, Mathura in 2013 as Chain Bihari Lal Nirashrit Seva Sadan in order to give the less fortunate people and animals a happy and prosperous life. Later, it was given the name as it is known today as Chain Bihari Ashray Foundation.
